The more detail you send, the faster and more accurate your first quote will be. A clear motor nameplate photo is often enough — we handle the rest.
Motor Nameplate
Voltage, rated current (FLA), kW, Hz, number of poles and duty. A clear photo from your phone is enough.
Operating Conditions
Variable- or constant-torque load, running hours per day, ambient temperature, altitude, and required IP rating. This helps us size the drive correctly for your site.
Commercial Details
Quantity, target lead time, destination port, and certifications required (CE / UL / RoHS / ISO). We use this to prepare an accurate landed-cost quotation.

How fast will you reply to my RFQ?
Within 24 hours on working days, usually faster during GMT+8 hours (9:00–18:00, Mon–Sat). If your motor nameplate and application are complete, we reply with a matched model, alternatives, lead time and price.
Do you accept small orders or samples?
Yes. Standard Tier models are stocked and can ship in small quantities. For trial orders send the model and quantity — we will quote stock and express freight.
Which payment terms do you support?
T/T is standard; L/C is available for larger orders. New customers typically pay deposit with balance before shipment. Repeat customers can use more flexible terms. Details are in the PI.
Do you ship to my country, and can you provide DDP?
We ship to 60+ countries by sea, air and express, with regular shipments to Europe, Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America and Africa. DDP or DAP can be arranged — send your postcode and we will quote landed cost.
Can you provide original certificates and export documents?
Yes. Every order includes commercial invoice, packing list and B/L. CE, UL, RoHS, ISO 9001 and manufacturer certificates are provided on request for the specific models and batch.
